Bender rejoins HyperLaw in case against West

In a conference today before Judge Preska, Southern District of New York,
Matthew Bender & Co, and West Publishing Company advised the court that
those parties were unable resolve their differences and that the litigation
between those parties, which had been on hold since June 1994, would
resume. HyperLaw is also a plaintiff in this action.
