"Docket Excerpt-- West v. Mead, 1985-1988
- License Agreement"
Following is the docket entry reflecting the 1988 settlement of the famous West v. Mead case. The case started in 1985 with a preliminary injunction. Note that (1)the Court still retains jurisdiction over the enforcement of the agreements; (2) there appears to be no court finding to justify why the document is confidential; (3) There are two agreements, not one. One agreement covers caselaw and the other cover statutes. (4) There are two actions being settled.
