     I strongly support the effort to embrace the ABA citation format 
for federal cases. Private enterprise is a great thing, but the 
monopoly power of West Publishing is a concern to any thoughtful 
attorney. The ABA's efforts are a move in the right direction which I 
heartily endorse.
