     As a practicing attorney of 17 years and as an advocate of the 
freer dissemination of information -- particularly on the Internet -- 
I am in complete support of adopting a public domain system for all 
opinions issued by all courts in the United States, and not just the 
federal courts. 
 
     The West monopoly on this vital information is an impediment to 
a more cultured and enlightened society.
