     I support the ABA proposal for a uniform citation system. Not 
only will it ease the process of correctly citing sources across 
jurisdictional lines, it may pre-empt the efforts of certain legal 
database companies who apparently want to lay claim to entire 
citation systems. Thank you for the proposal and the invitation for 
comment.
