     Court opinions belong in the public domain.  I cannot believe 
that this has been going on for so long.  These opinions belong to 
the PUBLIC, not to some big company that BRIBES judges to keep it's 
monopoly on these documents! Sheesh, it is no wonder that we can't 
trust public 'servants'.
