Dear Sirs/Madams:

     I am writing to you to advise you that ALL decisions passed by a 
U.S. Court are public domain and belong to the taxpayers who have 
paid for them through their taxes. That judges would seem to 
disagree with this hypothesis is just another sign that they don't 
care what the ramifications of their actions are, or their impact, on 
the tax-paying public at large.

     Please review this matter with earnest sincerity and with an eye 
on our Constitution.

     West Publishing's monopoly on court documents MUST end.  These 
documents belong to The People, not some corporate sponsor of golf 
junkets for judges.
