Subject: Public domain citation system.

     This is to let you know of my full support for a public-domain 
court case citation system. The West monopoly has gone on for long 
enough. *I* paid for those courts with my tax money. Along with my 
fellow citizens, *I* own them. I refuse to let them be held hostage 
to a corporate entity.
