Dear Sir or Madam, 

     The American Bar Association has recently proposed replacing the 
current citation system with a public domain citation system. This 
new public domain citation system would allow the public to read 
"public opinions" without having to pay a private company fees to 
look up court cases. 

     I am in full support of the new public domain system as it will 
allow the public access to the law regardless of the person's 
financial status.
