I firmly believe that every legal information consumer in this country will benefit from having price and product competition for federal case reporters because the exclusive use of West Publishing Company's citation system impedes competition and inflates consumers' costs. I fully support the adoption of a standard citation system for the reasons so well expressed in the attached copy of Mr. John Lederer's letter on behalf of the Union for the Public Domain to the Judicial conference. Sincerely, Lyn Warmath Library Director Hirschler, Fleischer, Weinberg, Cox & Allen 701 East Byrd Street Richmond, Virginia 23219
